Boann Single Pot Still Palo Cortado Solera Cork Whiskey Fest Exclusive

In honour of Cork Whiskey Festival 2025 Boann have hand bottles and labelled one of the control mash bill recipes from the Boann Vintage Mash Bill project. Initially matured in Oloroso Sherry Casks, this Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey was then finished in three unique 195l Egg-shaped casks christened “The Mysterious Triplets”, which formerly held Palo Cortado sherry in a mini Solera system for over 120 years. For this unique bottling they have created a solera vatting pulling liquid from the base of the casks and bringing them together in harmony, with only 150 bottles ever made.
