Dark Forest Honey Mead (12% ABV) is the second in their whiskey cask-aged series, a stunning traditional mead fermented from a dark, smoky forest honey sourced from Galicia in Northern Spain and aged in carefully selected American oak whiskey casks from Midleton Distillery in Co Cork. This cask had been seasoned with single pot still Irish whiskey. They are thrilled with the final flavors of this very special, limited edition cask release.
