Matured in first fill Bourbon barrels for 4 years, Finished in Oloroso casks for 6 further months. ‘Barr an Uisce’ translates in English to ‘above the water’ which is the same name as the townland of Barraniskey in Co. Wicklow. Below this townland lies the village of Redcross, where the Barr an Uisce story began.
