Dead Rabbit Whiskey

The Dead Rabbit Whiskey is named after none other than the Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog in New York City. The shelves of the bar are a story of Irish whiskey, it is home to the largest collection of Irish whiskey in North America and has been awarded the Best Bar in the World not once, but twice. By teaming up with Master Distiller Darryl McNally of the Dublin Liberties, they were able to create an excellent expression in conjunction with the original Dead Rabbit brand.

This whiskey is based around a 5 year old whiskey that has been matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, and then finished off in ‘half-sized’ American oak barrels.
