Dragon Claw Jamaican Rum Finish

Finished in Individual custom coopered Jamaican Rum Firkins. Maximising the influence the characteristics of the Rum Casks have onto the Whiskey. Imparting some of those notes of guava, pineapple and passion fruit balanced against deeper aromas of sweet brown sugar, molasses highlighting the vanilla and caramel notes from Dragon Claw itself.
