TASTING NOTES
Nose

A delightful initial wave of sweet vanilla unfolds, revealing crisp orchard fruits like apples and pears. This is followed by a touch of lemon curd, leading into candied lemon peel, all resting on a foundation of clean malt.

Palate

The mouthfeel is soft and creamy, with buttery textures complemented by ripe citrus and baked biscuit flavors. These elements merge in an explosion of fresh lemon meringue, accented by a hint of char and white pepper.

Finish

Subtle traces of dry smoke linger, intertwining with the juicier fruit notes, ultimately leading to a finish enriched with sweet spice.
