A peated Irish whiskey which has been very well received scoring 94.5 points in the 2018 edition of Jim Murrays whiskey bible. Made up of a single grain Whiskey, a 10 year Old single malt and a 15 year Old oloroso sherry finished single malt which have been married together in a peated cask. Its not too often that peated Irish whiskeys pop up, so take full advantage of this one!

|Nose||The lightest imaginable phenol drifts over the nose like glider over the Co. Down coast. Quiet and barely noticeable unless you look for it, but rather beautiful.|
|Palate||Stunning texture. A mix of light ulmo honey and mocha makes for the friendliest and most beautiful delivery and follow through. Light smoke drifts about without portfolio.|
|Finish||Long and slightly fruity with over-ripe gooseberries. Mocha and smoke make their quiet pleas for attention.|
