Tasting Notes
| NOSE | Light and almost delicate, with wonderful sweet, spicy notes at the forefront, followed by fainter hints of marzipan, vanilla, and some lovely toffee notes. |

| PALATE | Smooth and light with a silky texture. The first flavour that hits is lightly spiced toffee with a short burst of a golden syrup-type sweetness (but nothing overpowering), followed by a slowly forming warmth at the back of your throat that follows the whiskey down. |
| FINISH | After the toffee and warmth, there is a slight woodiness and a nice hit of vanilla that neatly rounds off the finish with a subtle sweetness. |
