Grace O’Malley Dark Char Cask Whiskey is a special blend, combining multiple batches of whiskey of varying age statements up to ten years to deliver the perfect balance of fruitiness, age-character, complexity and smoothness.  Unique in Ireland due to its high content double distilled malt, this special blend is finished in deep char American oak bourbon casks for a deep spiciness and cut with rock filtered water from County Mayo in the West of Ireland.
