TASTING NOTES
Nose

The whiskey begins with the enticing scent of ripe orchard fruits, including succulent apples and pears. Quickly following are notes of barley sugar and vanilla, creating a delightful harmony with the rich, slightly tart red fruit undertones. Subtle hints of stewed fruit add depth to the aroma.

Palate

Upon the first sip, you'll discover sweet malty cereal flavors, soon accompanied by the delightful tastes of nougat and chocolate-covered marzipan. Dry fruity sherry notes emerge, infusing the experience with hints of sultana and a burst of fresh fruit sweetness. The flavor culminates with ripe pear and a touch of lychee, rounded off by a distinct nutty finish.

Finish

The finish is lengthy and gratifying, characterized by lingering red berry notes and a whisper of earthy vanilla pod. This whiskey leaves an enjoyable and intricate aftertaste that persists on the palate, with soft hints of stewed fruit and a nutty conclusion.
