One of an initial trio of new whiskeys from the Hinch distillery which is located just south of Belfast in the grounds of the Killaney Estate. The Hinch Small Batch Bourbon Cask is matured in the finest ex Bourbon oak casks, this classic blend only uses the finest grain (75%) and single malt (25%) whiskeys. These are paired together in small batches to give a classic smooth Irish Whiskey.
