One of a trio of whiskeys released for the Whiskey Makers Series. The Coopers Croze is in honour of Jamesons head Cooper Ger Buckley. He created this whiskey to showcase the effect and influence of the different woods used at the Midleton distillery. The single pot still is matured in first fill and second fill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks and the grain whiskey is matured in virgin American oak. This results in a whiskey bursting with flavours and aromas of sweet vanilla, rich fruits and toasted wood to name a few.

| NOSE | A subtle flower petal-perfume develops into rich ripe fruits, while some charred oak and cedar wood bring balance and complexity – a seamless infusion of American and Spanish oak character. |
