Killowen 10 Year Old Peated Islay Cask

Peated Islay Cask finish is the fourth release in Killowen’s bonded experimental series. This peated Islay cask was specifically chosen for its old wood and potency, creating a unique small-batch spirit with a full-bodied experience. Only 398 bottles, bottled at cask strength 55.4%, non-chill filtered and no colouring. Unlike the rest of the Killowen range with large gestures of cask influence, this cask opts for only a little smokiness and peat, mainly on the late palate and finish. Another top class expression from Killowen.
