Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey

Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey is rare in the world of Irish whiskey as a blended malt. Comprising of three single malts from various Irish distilleries, this spirit is a blend of both double and triple-distilled malt spirits. All single malts within this blend are first bourbon barrel matured and then partially finished in hand-selected French oak cognac casks. The art of blending is evident in this whiskey under the guidance of Lambay’s Master Blender Yonael Bernard. All casks have been exposed to the sea air and maritime winds on Lambay Island adding a salty and iodine note to the whiskey. Before bottling, the island’s own Trinity Well water is added.
