Tasting Notes

NOSE	Sweet pear, apple, oak, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove spice.
PALATE	Orchard fruits, pot still spice and wood with floral hints and mild tannins.
FINISH	The fruits and spice slowly fade, giving way to the oak foundation that leaves a mild roasted coffee and nutty character to linger until the end.
