Roe & Killahora Curators 0.2 Irish Whiskey Bundle

This whiskey is part of an exclusive pairing between Roe & Coe and Killahora orchards. Though best enjoyed with the Killahora Pom'o, this blended Irish whiskey is available as an individual item. This whiskey lends itself to a more complex style with an extremely high malt content, think blackberry leaf, red fruits, butterscotch mellowness, baked tarte tartin.

This port is part of an exclusive pairing between Roe & Coe and Killahora orchards. The Pom’O is an apple aperitif made from rare apple varieties, grown in Killahora's 200 year old Orchards on the south facing slopes of County Cork. The juice is mixed with bittersweet apples and the finest apple brandy, then aged in Irish whiskey barrels for at least a year.
