Shortcross Rye and Malt Irish Whiskey

This carefully crafted Rye and Malt edition of Shortcross Irish Whiskey has been proudly distilled, matured and bottled at Rademon Estate Distillery. This is the brand’s second release of whiskey, following the first release Inaugural single malt whiskey. This liquid was created with a unique mash bill of 100% Irish malted rye and malted barley, and has been double distilled on our copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland. Aged in a combination of virgin chinkapin oak and ex-bourbon barrels. Non-chill filtered all natural colour.
