The Irishman The Harvest is one of our favorite Irish blends and, for many of our staff, it is a consistently reliable and affordable whiskey. Formerly known as Founder’s Reserve, this expression offers a truly distinctive take on traditional Irish whiskey. It is triple distilled and features both Single Malt and Single Pot Still components. This combination creates a delightful harmony of flavors. The original signature blend was crafted by Bernard Walsh and is matured exclusively in American Oak Bourbon barrels. What sets it apart is the absence of any inferior (and less expensive) grain whiskey. In fact, we believe it surpasses many Irish single malts we have tasted!

Micil Earls Island Single Pot Still Irish whiskey is enriched by Bordeaux red wine casks, with hints of soft turf smoke from ex-peated whiskey casks. It pays homage to the great Galway distilleries of the past, and to the Latin wine merchants of old who made the city their home.

Dingle Single Malt Core Release

Dingle Single Malt Core Release has been years in the making and comprises of malt whiskey that has been matured in ex-Bourbon and PX Sherry casks. 39% Bourbon and 61% PX Sherry to be exact. Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered, this is a very interesting whiskey in which the component casks come to fore at different stages.

The Whistler Mosaic Marsala Cask

The latest expression from The Whistler range, The Whistler Mosaic Marsala Cask has a Sicilian inspired design for a Sicilian inspired whiskey. This expression features single grain whiskey finished in Sicilian Marsala Casks for 15 long months. The result is a beautiful whiskey imbued with peach , apricots, juicy oranges and just a touch of honey. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour.
