Welcome to the beautiful re-release of The Irishman - The Harvest. The Irishman is made up of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still and contains no inferior grain whiskeys. An unusual and unique blend which is matured in bourbon casks.

A fruity, spicy Single Pot Still Irish whiskey enriched by Bordeaux red wine casks, with hints of soft turf smoke from ex-peated whiskey casks. It pays homage to the great Galway distilleries of the past, and to the Latin wine merchants of old who made the city their home.

This Core Single Malt release has been years in the making and comprises of malt whiskey that has been matured in ex-Bourbon and PX Sherry casks. 39% Bourbon and 61% PX Sherry to be exact. Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered, this is a very interesting whiskey in which the component casks come to fore at different stages.
