Aging Irish whiskey first in Virgin American oak, then recasking into American Bourbon barrels. Bringing this together with malt Irish whiskey matured in American Bourbon and finished in Jamaican Rum casks, adding tropical fruits and rum notes. A taste to return to, time and again.

Crafted by Dr. Jack Ó’Sé, Whiskey Maker. The infamous Irish whiskey master inspired by the Sailor’s Home legacy and drawing on influences from his 40 year making voyage through tradition into possibility.

Jameson Black Barrel - A limited release with a twist. The guys at Jameson gave their bourbon casks an additional charring to unleash what they call untold richness and complexity. The result is a very well received whiskey internationally. A blend heavy on Irish single pot still whiskey with a smaller amount of small batch single grain to round it out. Triple distilled and double charred with numerous awards worldwide.
