The Irishman The Harvest is one of our favorite Irish blends and, for many of our staff, it is a consistently reliable and affordable whiskey. Formerly known as Founder’s Reserve, this expression offers a truly distinctive take on traditional Irish whiskey. It is triple distilled and features both Single Malt and Single Pot Still components. This combination creates a delightful harmony of flavors. The original signature blend was crafted by Bernard Walsh and is matured exclusively in American Oak Bourbon barrels. What sets it apart is the absence of any inferior (and less expensive) grain whiskey. In fact, we believe it surpasses many Irish single malts we have tasted!
