The Whistler Calvados Cask Finish is a fresh, fruity, triple distilled Irish whiskey, produced in association with famed Calvados maker Chateau du Breuil, in Normandy in France. After maturing both the malt and grain components of this blend for a minimum of 4 years in ex-bourbon barrels, Boann Distillery utilise vibrant Calvados casks from the cellars of Chateau du Breuil to finish this high malt content blend for a period of no less than 15 months. This creates a light, floral and refreshing Irish whiskey with undertones of apple blossom.
