Lemonade + Whiskey

The essential warm weather drink!

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemonade
  • 1 measure whiskey
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • fresh lemon slices to garnish

In a small saucepan, bring water and honey to a boil. Turn the temperature low again and let the liquid simmer for about 10 minutes. When the liquid has cooled, then fill a glass with your measure of whiskey and a bit of ice. Add the lemonade, soda, honey. You can add a few slices of lemon as a garnish as well.

Whiskey Mint Julep

Nothing like a bit of mint to start the season!

  • 8 large mint leaves
  • 2 oz. simple syrup
  • 6 oz. Irish whiskey
  • blueberries for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the mint leaves and simple syrup. Pour in the Irish whiskey, and stir just until combined. Fill four glasses with crushed ice and pour equal amounts of the liquid into your glasses. You can strain out the mint if you’d like, and garnish with a few fresh blueberries.

Cooling Whiskey Sour

Keeping it classic.

  • 50ml whiskey
  • 35ml lemon juice
  • 12½ml simple syrup
  • 2 dashes citrus bitters
  • ½ fresh egg white
  • ice

This is such a simple drink. Shake all of the ingredients hard and strain it all over into an ice-filled glass. Add a garnish of your choice and serve.

Whiskey Sweet Tea

A seasonal classic we all love.

  • 3 parts black tea
  • 1 part whiskey
  • 1.5 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • lemon to garnish

Brew yourself a pot of tea and let it cool. Throw a bit of ice in a glass and then build your drink inside the glass. We like to squeeze a bit of lemon over the top of the drink for a bit of an extra kick! You can add more sugar or honey to make it a bit sweeter if you’d like.
