Located in the heart of Clonakilty town, the distillery opened in 2018. The three gleaming copper pot stills are an inspiring sight to behold. We are proud to partner with Clonakilty Distillery to bring you this exclusive release Single Cask Cognac finished Cask Strength whiskey bottled at 55.8% ABV which yielded 265 bottles. This is a premium blend of 2008 malt and 2010 grain, originally aged in bourbon before spending 22 months in a cognac cask. We don’t think this one will last too long!
