Get into good spirits this summer season.

We are determined to convince you to add whiskey to your year-round drinks rotation. Even though people may really associate summer with lighter spirits like vodka and gin, we know that nothing beats watching a sun set, with an artisan whiskey on ice in your glass. It is the perfect way to beat the heat. There is an expansive variety of single malts, blends, and grain whiskeys emerging from Emerald Isle. As such, keep scrolling to see what whiskeys the industry experts at Irishmalts would recommend that you crack open this summer season.

Dingle Single Malt Core Release

A Zesty Spin On Irish Whiskey

Dingle Distillery’s hugely anticipated Core Single Malt drop was a smash hit upon it’s release out into the Irish Whiskey market.

This Core Single Malt release was years in the making and is comprised of malt whiskey that has been matured in ex-Bourbon, and PX sherry casks. 39% Bourbon, 61% PX Sherry.

Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered, this is a very interesting whiskey in which the component casks come to the fore at different stages. At the humble price of 55.00 euro RRP, this whiskey is high-end, without breaking the bank. If you enjoy a bit of zest, expertly layered on top of vanilla!
