Clonakilty

From Clonakilty's Cask Series comes the Port Cask Finish which is a blend of a 10 year old triple distilled malt and an 8 year old grain. Gently cut and finished in port casks imported from the Douro Valley in a process which adds a sweetness with spicy notes and creates a beautiful rich colour.

Clonakilty Distillery continues its hugely popular Cask Series with an Eight Year Old Single Grain which has been matured in selected Bordeaux casks. Finished at their Atlantic Ocean warehouse in County Cork, this whiskey is limited to 1000 bottles in the first batch.

Minke Irish Gin inspired by the Minke Whale, the majestic creatures that swim wild in the Atlantic Ocean coastline. The same coastline is home to Rock Sapphire, the unique botanical that gives Minke Gin its distinctive flavour of citrus and aniseed.
