Method
1. Using your 25ml measure, add 25ml of Elderflower
Cordial to a cocktail shaker.
2. Squeeze 25ml from your fresh lime & add to shaker.
3. Next, use your 25ml measure to add 50ml Muff Gin.
4. Add ice to the shaker & shake for 10-15 seconds until
your drink is nice & chilled.
5. Pour the shaker contents, including ice, into a tall glass.
6. Add a splash of Poachers tonic to your glass (about 50ml).
7. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary – Enjoy!
