HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

The first step is to choose any bottle from our extensive product catalogue. We have something to suit even the pickiest palate. The next step is to download our Multiline Order Template as per the instructions below. Once we have received this we will be in contact with an invoice for payment.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We charge a simple flat rate for delivery. Please note we cannot offer combined shipping costs on Corporate Gifts. Please see delivery locations and charges below:

This service has a transit time of 1 – 3 days. If your parcel (regardless of value) is lost or damaged, we will initiate a claim with the courier which may take up to 14 days to complete.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled from the time they were placed up until 14 days after you receive your goods. To cancel or return an order, you must contact us at [email protected] for further instructions. All approved refunds will be processed via the same method you used to pay.

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund the full value of your order. To cancel an order before it is dispatched, simply send us an email with your name and your order number and we will refund you.

DOWNLOAD YOUR MULTILINE ORDER TEMPLATE

A multi-line order template is an excel style sheet in which you can enter a list of all the delivery details in your larger corporate order. In this template you will be able to add the consignee’s name, delivery address and the bottle (or bottles) that you would like to send to them. Once we receive the completed template from you, we will be able to upload the template to our order fulfillment system, send you an invoice and get your packages dispatched as soon as payment is received!

HOW TO COMPLETE THE TEMPLATE

You will only need to complete the highlighted sections. Please do not edit or remove any of the columns, as your orders will not upload to our systems correctly if you make any changes to the format of the template. Be sure to fill in all highlighted sections (including the post code and phone number sections).

RETURN IT TO US

Please return the template to us via email. Please attach your sheet to an email and send it to us at [email protected] with any additional information we may need (be sure that you do not password protect the sheet). After getting your template, we will follow up with an invoice for the order as outlined in your template. Your orders will be packed and shipped after your invoice has been paid.
