The single estate pot still Irish Gin from Echlinville Distillery is a continuation of the unique high quality spirits produced from the Echlinville Estate in County Down. Distilled using Pot Still’s and from local barley grown on the Echlinville Estate. The malted barely is combined with local botanical’s such as whin bush petals and Strangford Lough seaweed; The result is notes of anise, lavender, juniper and rose flower, with a creamy texture and mouthfeel.
