Four Year Old 200 Litre Single Pot Still Bourbon Cask 63%

These six casks were laid down on the 12th of December 2019 at the infamous Great Northern Distillery. They are first fill and have spent the last four years resting in ex Jack Daniels casks.

Single Pot Still spirit is made by using a combination of malted and unmalted barley. Other cereals can be added but on this occasion it is a mix of the two types of barley. The unmalted barley gives the spirit its oily & spicy character. The triple distillation gives a mellow more fragrant character.
