Grace O’Malley 18 Year Old Port Batch 2

Grace O’Malley Single Cask 18 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey – Port Cask is aged for at least 18 years in American oak barrels before being transferred into Ruby Port casks from and refined for a period of eight months. The characteristically intense dark red fruit flavour of the Amarone imparts a delightful fruity richness to an already delectable whiskey.

The cask has been personally selected by Grace O’Malley Master Blender, Paul Caris during his visits an incredible winery in the Alto Douro region which is famous for the quality of its port wines. Alto Douro is one of Portugal’s most well known wine-making regions and with rolling vineyards.  Each bottle has been individually numbered and signed by the brand owner.
