Lakeview Single Estate 2nd Edition

Lakeview Single Estate 2nd Edition is crafted from barley grown in the Estate’s Hilly Field in 2018,The mash includes 50% malted barley, 50% unmalted barley, and oats. It matured in ex-Premier Grand Cru Bordeaux casks at our bonded storehouse, ‘The House of Contentment.’ Notably, 10% of it finished in a peated cask for three months. Bottled at five years, it tastes beyond its age due to the Estate’s unique microclimate. The whisky is minimally filtered with natural color, no chill filtration, and delivers a smooth, rich honeyed flavour.
