TASTING NOTES
Nose

The aroma opens up with a complex blend of fruits, featuring nectarines, ripe melon, green apple, and apricot. A robust base of pot still spices emerges, highlighting notes of freshly peeled ginger and crushed peppercorns. These elements harmonize beautifully with the aged grain's fragrant hints of dried flowers and delightful golden syrup. The oak gradually reveals its character, introducing notes of vanilla paired with a honeycomb sweetness and freshly roasted coffee beans.

Palate

The initial sip is luscious, showcasing juicy fruits alongside a unique creaminess and a herbal undertone reminiscent of chamomile tea. The pot still spices provide depth and intrigue as they interlace with the floral grain characteristics that linger throughout.

Finish

Over time, the influence of charred oak intensifies, adding layers of complexity, while the spices enhance the ever-present notes of candied orange and dried apricot.
