This exciting release is named after Bandon in West Cork, where the Hyde family Pub & Forge was established in 1640, which became renowned for selling the finest of Irish Whiskey. This special reserve is a tribute to the Hyde family and has been meticulously aged in handcrafted, first-fill ex-bourbon casks that are double flame charred. Anticipate exquisite notes of cinnamon and clove, accompanied by luscious sweet caramel flavors, rich buttery vanilla, and charred oak. The finish is complex and spicy, featuring bold single grain spices and lasting hints of malted barley.
