Garden County Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur is crafted in colalbpration between Garden County and Pine Cone Coffee Roasters, an artisanal coffee roastery located in Rathnew, County Wicklow.
Pine Cone select, roast, and grind specialty-grade Brazilian Arabica beans, after which Garden County brew them using the cold brew method in strong neutral vodka spirit for 48 hours. Once the infusion is complete, the coffee is filtered, and Garden County add homemade Demerara syrup, transforming the spirit into a liqueur.
