An Dúlamán is the first gin from the Sliabh Liag Distillery in County Donegal. To make An Dúlamán, they capture 'Draíocht na Farraige' (the magic of the sea) by using five locally harvested varieties of seaweed, as well as six other botanicals. Sliabh Liag was founded by James Doherty in the village of Carrick with plans for their own whiskey distillery down the line.
