Symphonia No.2 is a small batch dry gin made by the The Woodlab Distillery located in Benburb, Northern Ireland. Infused with bramley apples form Co. Armagh to create a refreshing apple gin. Recommended to serve with tonic or in your favourite gin cocktail. Garnish with a spiral of green apple peel.
