Bertha’s Revenge

A quirky yet beautiful Irish milk gin from Anthony Jackson and Justin Green of Ballyvolane Spirits. Bertha’s Revenge is a milk gin based on ethanol created from distilling whey. Its infused with juniper, coriander, bitter orange, grapefruit, sweet orange, lemon, lime, liquorice, orris, angelica, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, almond, elderflower, Alexanders and sweet woodruff. A lot of love has gone into this small batch gin and works very well with a good quality tonic.
