Bonac Irish Gin

Bonac was created by Father and Son duo Gavin & Michael Clifford in Newtownmountkennedy, County Wicklow. They tried many different combinations and finally settled on the 24th recipe. It features botanicals like juniper, angelica root, cassia, coriander, star anise, cardamom, cucumber, spearmint, pear, lemon, bergamot and curacao. If you look closely at the bird on the logo, it is made up of all these different botanicals.
