Vapour infused with a blend of botanicals from across the globe, including pink peppercorn, cardamom, ginger, citrus peel & the delicate Japanese Yuzu fruit which adds a wonderful lasting citrus aroma. Íon is the Irish word for pure, which represents the quality of ingredients in each bottle of spirit. Ogham writing is used in the logo which is an ancient Irish writing that was carved into stone.
