Míl Gin

Míl is an Irish pot still gin that captures the flavours of The Mediterranean. The botanicals used in the distillation include almond, bergamot orange, basil, gooseberry, juniper, olives, orris, rosemary and thyme. Makes a delightful gin & tonic with a slice of grapefruit.

On the nose, it has summer fresh citrus and subtle herb notes of basil, thyme, rosemary and piney juniper. The taste is fresh bittersweet with a clean citrus finish.
