Old Carrick Mill Irish Gin

Old Carrick Mill gin uses a blend of 10 botanicals, infusing the classic juniper, lemon and cassia with a number of unique elements such as pear, cucumber and black tea. Hand crafted in Derrylavan, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan. Each bottle is individually hand sealed, labelled and bottled on site at the Old Carrick Mill Distillery. Old Carrick Mill Irish Gin is recommended to be served over ice with a premium tonic, served with pear and blueberry, to complement our unique botanicals. For something different, Old Carrick Mill Irish Gin pairs beautifully with ginger ale or grapefruit soda, or within a classic gin cocktail.
