Spike Island Spiced Rum

Named after the famous and historic Spike Island prison off the south coast of Cork, Ireland. This rum bgan its journey in Barbados where it was lightly barrel-aged. It then made its journey from there, to Ireland, where it met with a specially created spiced blend which gives Spike Island Rum its unique taste. This is an award winning rum that is smooth, warming and full of character with a slight kick to the finish.
