Irish Rum

Originally used for medicinal purposes, rum was the first spirit ever to be consumed for pleasure. Dating back to the 1600’s this exotic spirit is distilled from sugarcane or sugarcane adjacent products. Rum is available in a wide selection of colours, and most varieties are aged for at least one year. Irish rum was first produced in 2018.
