Copeland 26.1 Cask Strength Single Malt is the first release of 2026 from Copeland Distillery. This exceptional whiskey has been lauded as the ‘Best Single Malt in Ireland under 11 Years Old’ at the 2025 Irish Whiskey Awards. It is a double-distilled Single Malt Irish whiskey, aged in a blend of ex-Pinot Noir and ex-Syrah (Shiraz) barriques, which previously contained their overproof rum. Each single malt is aged for a minimum of five years, and this particular release is bottled exclusively at cask strength, reaching 57.8%. Crafted from a mash bill of 100% malted barley, it reflects Copeland Distillery’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
