Inspired by the townland – Coillín Darach (small oak grove) on which the distillery is located we have introduced the Oak Cask Series – whiskey aged in Ex Bourbon barrels and finished using species specific virgin oak casks
Croithlí Quercus Petraea – the “Irish Oak”. These casks are commonly used for brandy and wine production.
