Malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley, and uniquely Irish Barra oats make up the very special mash for this premier grand cru Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. This elegantly matured single pot still Irish whiskey is non-chill filtered & has had no colour added. The influence of the French wine from the Pinot Noir Casks has brought new notes of summer fruits, and a depth of warm tannins to the creamy honey, vanilla, and pot-spice notes of the original Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. There are only 7,200 bottles in existence, which is one of the rarer batches of whiskey to be distilled at The Shed Distillery.
