Goleen Gold 21-year-old Irish whiskey is founded on its own crossroads of fantastic malt and grain, aged for a minimum of 21 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being blended and bottled at 46% without chill filtration to lock in the whiskey’s great flavours.

Fruity and sweet with notes of green apple, apricot, light straw, charred oak and golden syrup.

PALATE

Delicate open at first which bursts forth with wood sweetness and fleshy fruits. Undertones of honey and a light herbal quality.

Long lingering caramel sweetness on the finish with wood spice, and light grain notes on the tail end.
