The virgin French oak barrels, crafted specifically for Grace O’Malley, feature wood that has been seasoned by the Atlantic Ocean for more than two years. This whiskey presents delightful notes of caramel, vanilla, and maritime essence, along with hints of orange peel and honey, all beautifully balanced by subtle salty undertones.
