Irishmalts Collection Vintage Mashbill Series – Release 1 is the first of four releases in the Irishmalts collection Vintage Mashbill Series.
The first of four releases in the Vintage Mashbill Series, this whiskey is crafted to honour the Irish Pot Still Distillers Association of 1953. Release 1 is built on a distinctive mashbill of 40 percent malt, 40 percent raw barley, 15 percent oats and 5 percent wheat. It is then guided to maturity in select Oloroso sherry casks, where the spirit develops warm layers of dried fruit, soft oak and gentle spice. This limited release celebrates Ireland’s legendary whiskey history, while offering today’s drinker a rich, elegant taste of past.
Bottled at 58% ABV. Limited to 150 bottles.
